Title: Buffalo Bymoo
Location: Gus S. Wortham Fountain: Allen Parkway and Waugh
Artist: Kermit Eisenhut
Sponsor: The Wortham Foundation, Inc.

Houston artist Kermit Eisenhut, named “Best Artist of the Year” by the Housotn Press in 2000, created fourteen entries for CowParade Houston. Eisenhut is known for his playful style that often includes animal caricatures and palate knife renderings of abstract, realistic and surrealistic subjects. He paints on canvas but also designs greeting cards, large-scale murals, furniture, plates and mannequins. Eisenhut sees clients in his downtown studio on an appointment basis.

Buffalo Bymoo is a fun cow with scenes of cows strolling along the Wortham Theater, Wortham Fountain and Mecon Fountain. These cows are even capturing the moo-mories by taking pictures of each other. Put your best bin in now to lasso Buffalo Bymoo for yourself.
This remarkable statue can now be yours. So, be part of the fun, and help an incredible cause along the way. Proceeds from the auction will benefit the Texas Children’s Hospital Building for Children capital campaign and will help fund the expansion of the Texas Children’s Cancer Center.

This cow was sold in Flight 5 of the internet auction hosted by Amazon.com that ran from December 21 - 29, 2001.
