Moo-la $$$ deserves your highest bid. Mostly green, she sports the universally recognizable symbol for the American dollar all over her body in a contrasting darker shade of green. The udder reveals the cents signs in a discreet yet fun manner. Brown cents peek out from a tan udder. Glossy varnish with hooves and horns neatly trimmed in black, make Moo-la $$$ a shining example of saving your dough.
Costa Rican artist Martha Barquero feels it is important for people to save money for their future. Her parents commitment to provide well for the family was the inspiration for Moo-la $$$. Marthas parents worked hard to put their three children through college. Theyve made investments on properties and other assets like animals---including cows! Moo-la was created when Barquero was looking out at the horses in the yard and noticed that the grass was so green on that peaceful day. Since the color green is associated with money. With the cow, green grass and money on her mind, Moo-la $$$ was born.
