Colleen Letchford Sponsor: H-E-B Grocery Company The cow that the artist has created is covered with 67 different species of animals and plants from the pecan tree to the black widow spider. Letchford was inspired to paint "Texas Wildlife" by the diversity and beauty of the different species of wildlife living in Texas. She hopes that people will enjoy the cow and maybe come across species they did not realize live in Texas.
